We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and managing the sales team to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities

- Manage and support the sales team to reach their targets and foster professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing metrics and providing insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, support) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) for seamless interaction with international clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with sales reporting tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
